Hobo Packs 2010/5/1

Anybody remember hobo packs from cub/boy scouts? Memories of cooking them on the hot coals of a campfire on a warm summer night. I recently started cooking hobo packs again, using the BBQ and the kitchen oven. Tonight's meal is going to be salmon and scallops with baby carrots, potatoes, and onions. I'm hungry!
